Shipping Terms & Use

The only shipping option is via FedEx and USPS. For other shipping methods or options please e-mail us (info@atozappliances.com). Please allow total delivery time of 3-7 business days for shipments via FedEx and USPS. Tracking Number will be provided once order is processed and shipped out. Extra shipping charges may apply to ship to Hawaii and Alaska.

Return Policy & Terms

We offer 15 days return policy from the day you receive your order under following conditions:

Refunds and Exchanges can only be made within 15 days of receiving the merchandise.

20% restocking fee will be charged for a refund or an exchange. Restocking fee will not be charged for any voltage converters with fuse protection that are being exchanged.

Restocking fee will not be charged for defective or DOA merchandise. Misused or Abused merchandise will not be accounted as defective or DOA.

All DOA or Defective merchandise must be returned back to us only within the 10 days of receipt. 20% restocking fee will also be charged for any order that is refused on delivery.

Please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from A to Z Appliances before returning any merchandise. Note that we will not accept any merchandise sent without a RMA number. Returns must be received within 10 days of the RMA’s issuance.

Original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable as we cannot reclaim these fees from our shippers also applies to DOA and Defective products. Customer is responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns. Please make sure that return shipments are properly packed and fully insured. A to Z Appliances is not responsible for returned packages if lost by the shipper.

All returns must be in original non-damaged condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards(unfilled), manuals and accessories or else it will not be accepted. Any missing items will be subject to a replacement charge.  Damaged/Lost product(s) must be reported to the delivery company and to us within 1 week of receiving the ordered product(s).

Manufacturer’s warranties are processed by the manufacturer. For warranty questions, inquiries, or repairs, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Return Procedure

Please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from A to Z Appliances before returning any merchandise. Note that we will not accept any merchandise sent without a RMA number. Online purchases can not be returned In-Store at Retail locations.

The following information is needed to issue a Return Authorization:

  1. Customer Name
  2. Invoice/Order Number
  3. Reason for Return
    1. Conditions of Product (DOA, Defective, Damaged, etc)
    2. You may also request the type of return you would like:  Replacement or Credit
  4. All Returns must be packed in a outer carton. Do not write addresses or RMA numbers on the outside of the manufacturers’ boxes. Please make sure that return shipments are properly packed and fully insured.
  5. Returns must be received within 10 days of the RMA’s issuance.

Credit returns only apply to undamaged and non-defective products. Products returned for any reason other than Dead on Arrival (DOA) or as Defective must be in resalable condition, Complete and Unused, and the outer seal must not have been opened or re-taped. Product boxes that have been opened or re-taped are not eligible for Credit return and will be refused.

Replacement Returns only apply to DOA and Defective products. DOA and Defective products must be in original non-damaged condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards(unfilled), manuals and accessories or else it will not be accepted. DOA and Defective products returned incomplete may be assessed a charge for the missing items or returned at customers expense. All products returned as DOA or Defective will be tested. Products found not to be DOA or Defective will be subject to return to the customer at the customer’s expense.
